Liz Young is a multidisciplinary textile artist living in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has a Diploma in Textile Arts from Capilano University.

Her work is graphic, incorporating strong lines and bold curves…influenced by Bauhaus design and the Orphism movement. She is drawn to the colours that Vancouver in known for…the grays of rainy winter days, the pops of colour as Spring emerges, and the strong saturated colours of summer.
